What to write to us about
- Corrections. If we have published something inaccurate, tell us. Include the article link and what specifically is wrong, and we will verify and correct it. Corrections are made openly, not quietly.
- Story tips. Something happening in technology, media, culture or politics that deserves attention? We are particularly interested in stories from outside the usual metros.
- Advertising and partnerships. For sponsorships, brand partnerships or advertising enquiries.
- Editorial and press. Interview requests, review copies, or comment on a story we are working on.
- Privacy requests. To access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Reporting a problem. Broken pages, display issues, or anything on the site behaving badly.
Response times
We aim to reply within two working days. Corrections are treated as urgent and handled the same day wherever possible. If you have not heard back within a week, it is worth sending a follow-up — occasionally messages get filtered.
